Regarding the Voter list:

  1. New voter registration (form-2) [Those who have not yet become voters anywhere in Bangladesh]
  2. Voter transfer (form-13) [Voter transfers from one constituency to another]
  3. Voter cuts (form-12) [Applicable to deceased persons or voters who do not reside there current address]


Regarding the National Identity Card list:

  1. Amendment of National Identity Card (Note Form-2, Regulation-4) [For correcting mistakes in the national identity card.]
  2. National identity card lost, damaged or transferred (Form-6) [National identity card has been lost, damaged or any voter has been transferred. Now the current address card is required.]
  3. Change of picture of national identity card (Note Form-2, Regulation-4) [Only in case of obscure photo in national identity card]
  4.  Change of signature on national identity card (Note Form-2, Regulation-4) Only for amended National Identity Card.
